What is this article saying? 🧐

1) There are WILD polioviruses and there are VACCINED - DERIVED polioviruses💉🧪🦠

-Wild poliovirus = Naturally occurring within the natural environment - Vaccine-Derived poliovirus = Strains of polioviruses ENGINEERED / GENETICALLY MODIFIED by WHITE MEN governments/institutions/ scientist bodies

2) Vaccine-Derived poliovirus strains are the ones that can MUTATE and SPREAD

3) They are vaccinating African people and in turn, the inoculated viral strains trigger further outbreaks (Could it be that they are doing the same with Ebola, Malaria, etc. I am just asking 🤔
